You will design, build, and maintain the data pipelines, AI-powered workflows, and automation systems that replace manual processes, unlock new capabilities, and enable our teams to operate at a whole new level of scale and efficiency.\nWhat you'll do\nBuild & Maintain Pipelines: Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines and integration scripts using Databricks, SQL, Python, and Git to automate workflows across the entire Operations team.\nLeverage AI-Powered Development Tools: Use AI coding assistants and agentic development tools to accelerate implementation, troubleshoot complex logic, and build, test, and iterate on high-quality automation solutions efficiently.\nPartner with Stakeholders: Collaborate closely with non-technical business partners to understand operational pain points, translate business logic into technical requirements, and deliver automated solutions.\nEnsure Data & System Quality: Monitor, audit, and maintain data integrity and workflow reliability across connected operational systems.\nContinuous Process Improvement: Identify bottleneck routines, map existing workflows, and proactively implement automations that eliminate manual overhead.\nWhat you'll need\nEducation / Level: Recent graduate or early-career professional in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Applied Math, or related technical fields.\nCore Tech Stack: Strong foundational knowledge of programming logic, SQL, Python, and version control using Git.\nData Platform Familiarity: Hands-on project or academic experience with Databricks or PySpark/data processing environments.\nAI-Assisted Workflow: Experience or high comfort using AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex) as a primary way to write, refactor, and speed up code development.\nCross-Functional Communication: Outstanding communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical solutions clearly to non-technical business teams.\nLanguage & Presence: Advanced/Fluent English and ability to work hybrid from our São Paulo office (Itaim Bibi) 3 days/week.\nMore about you\nYou are naturally curious, proactive, and thrive on solving complex logical puzzles.\nYou are comfortable taking initiative and working in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.\nYou bridges the gap easily between technical implementation and business context.\nYou default to leveraging technology and AI to automate repetitive problems rather than doing them manually.\nAbout Wildlife\nWildlife is one of the leading mobile game developers and publishers in the world.
