We’re looking for an FP&A analyst to act as a business partner to key leaders: run financial routines, analyses and reports, guiding how we allocate resources, and finding savings and efficiency opportunities, with ownership and a mindset that goes beyond the obvious. \nWhat you’ll do\nOwn the FP&A cycle (budgeting, forecasting, 1-Year and 3-Year Plans, results tracking) as Finance Business Partner for Operations and Engineering.\nLead cross-functional processes with partner teams: Cloud Economics (IT Infrastructure), Corporate Technology (Licenses) and Payroll (People Costs).\nAnalyze financial and accounting results in depth and turn them into actionable insights for the executive team and investors.\nTrack the execution of company strategy in the financials, the impact of new decisions, risks and opportunities.\nOwn the Working Capital and Income Taxes models, and drive efficiency initiatives;\nContribute with AI automation projects (Closing analyses and rolling forecasts). \nWhat you’ll need\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics or a related field;\nExperience in finance and/or cost management;\nAdvanced Excel / Google Sheets;\nAdvanced English;\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills;\nCuriosity about AI and interest in using it to automate and improve financial processes \nAbout Wildlife\nWildlife is one of the leading mobile game developers and publishers in the world.
