As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be part of a cross-functional team, directly contributing to:\nDirectly shape how we deploy millions of dollars in Marketing by modeling player behavior at scale.\nContinuously improve our performance measurement framework, which includes estimating the causal impact of each campaign and the lifetime value of our users to understand the long-term return on our Marketing investments;\nCreate and improve the tools to optimize our acquisition campaigns;\nBuild the capabilities to run experiments to continuously improve the performance of our creative assets and our Marketing operations;\nSupport the decision-making of our Marketing operations through high-quality data products and well-structured dashboards;\nDisrupt the status quo by incorporating agentic AI in the day-to-day operations: building agents that monitor, diagnose, and act on our campaigns, and a framework for continuous improvement of our end-to-end ecosystem.\nWhat you'll need\nExperience applying appropriate statistical or machine learning techniques in different situations (e.g., causal inference, experimentation design, predictive models, etc) \nExperience working on designing and developing data-intensive applications in the cloud with technologies such as Spark, SQL, Python, Airflow, etc\nExperience using AI tools to multiply your output; building agentic workflows is a plus\nExcellent high-level communication skills\nProficiency in written English\nMore about you\nYou are impact-driven and interested in learning more about adjacent disciplines;\nYou like to solve open-ended problems with non-obvious solutions;\nYou are an AI enthusiast, constantly pushing the boundaries of what is possible;\nYou are an excellent teammate and raise the bar for those around you.\nAbout Wildlife\nWildlife is one of the world's leading mobile game developers and publishers.
