About the Programs

At Wildlife Studios, our Internship Programs are designed to develop students that are eager to start their careers in the gaming industry. As an intern, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to real projects, and be part of a company that creates games played by millions worldwide. Throughout the program, you’ll have access to technical and soft-skill training, mentorship, and structured development opportunities to prepare you for future career growth.

What You’ll Do

• Support analysis, projects, and initiatives that directly impact our games and business;
• Participate in technical and business cases, problem-solving challenges, and brainstorming sessions with peers and leaders;
• Engage in structured learning sessions and mentorship to accelerate your development;
• Bring fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to help shape the future of our products.

Where You Can Work

• Strategic Finance: Strategic Finance is where business, data, and storytelling meet. This is the team that turns numbers into decisions, partnering with leadership to shape how Wildlife invests, grows, and competes in the global gaming market.
• Engineering (Game Tech & Platform Eng):  Work on the maintenance of released games, with millions of daily players. Engage in activities required to keep the apps alive as well as implementing new features to enhance player experience. 
• Product Management: Support product managers to plan and deliver new features, run A/B tests, and analyze data to guide product decisions. Help shape the game vision, align with engineering, art, data, and distribution, and take ownership of your deliveries with real autonomy to impact the player experience.
• Data Science: Expand game potential by providing non-trivial solutions to business questions, such as how to analyze game performance, engage players, customize content, run successful experiments, and optimize game economy.
• Data Engineering:  Design, build, and maintain the scalable data pipelines that process billions of events from our global player base. You'll work with massive datasets, ensuring the reliability and quality of the data infrastructure that empowers data-driven decisions across the company, and collaborating closely with data scientists and analysts.
• Business: Be part of our User Acquisition team where we decide how our marketing investment gets deployed to bring players into our games. We work with large datasets across global platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok, building the models, tests, and tooling that tell us which spend is actually generating profit. If you like ambiguous problems, fast feedback loops, and seeing your analysis change a decision within the same week, this is where gaming and growth collide.
• Tech Art: Tech Art is the bridge between creativity and technology. Work alongside artists and engineers to build the tools, pipelines, and shaders that bring our games to life, optimizing assets and workflows so millions of players get stunning visuals at smooth performance. From automating production processes to solving rendering challenges, you'll turn technical constraints into creative possibilities.
• Visual Design (UI/UX): Design the interfaces that millions of players interact with every day. Create intuitive flows, polished screens, and delightful interactions that make our games easy to learn and hard to put down. You'll partner with product, art, and engineering to shape how players navigate, progress, and connect with our worlds, balancing usability, aesthetics, and game feel in every decision.
• Legal Intern - Labor, Integrity & Privacy: Work at the intersection of people, ethics, technology, and regulation, supporting legal matters that directly impact Wildlife’s employees, business, and players. You’ll contribute to labor and employment matters, integrity and compliance initiatives, internal investigations, and privacy projects, including emerging topics in digital regulation and AI. Partner with teams across the company, analyze real business challenges, and help build practical solutions, policies, and processes for a global gaming company

Internship Program (1-2 years of contract, working on-site, hybrid or remote, depending on the area.)

• Undergraduate students graduating between and Dec/2027 and Dec/2028.
• Advanced/Fluent English.
• Availability to work remote, hybrid, or on-site, depending on the team.
• Availability for 30 hours or internship per week.
• Genuine interest in games and technology.
• Creative and collaborative mindset with eagerness to learn.
• Strong soft skills such as collaboration, curiosity, clear communication, and ownership.

Summer/Winter Undergrad Program (Flexible between Dec-Feb 2026/2027 or Jun-Aug 2027, São Paulo)

• Students enrolled in universities in the US, Europe and Brazil.
• Undergraduate students with estimated graduation date on December 2027 or later. 
• Advanced/Fluent English.
• Advanced/Fluent Portuguese
• Availability for 30 hours of internship per week in São Paulo, Between Dec-Feb 2026/2027 or Jun-Aug 2027.
• Active work permit.
• Genuine interest in games and technology.
• Creative and collaborative mindset with eagerness to learn.
• Strong soft skills such as collaboration, curiosity, clear communication, and ownership.
