Our expertise includes SEO, Paid Search, Paid Social Services, programmatic advertising, and more.\nJob Description:\nWe are looking for a POE & Ad Operations Executive who is eager to work on a key technology client account. This is a hybrid role that is primarily focused on Proof of Execution (POE) and operational finance, with additional responsibility for media ad operations support. The position is ideal for an individual with up to 1 year of operational finance experience within an agency environment. Prior exposure to digital media or ad operations is preferred but not essential, and we will train the right candidate on ad-serving tools. This person will report to the Client Account Manager and will work closely with the media, ad operations and finance teams.\nThis person should have an incredibly positive attitude and be able to work well with a variety of internal agency and client contacts alike. Having a solid understanding of the media agency business, and a strong working knowledge of finance and accounting, will be critical. A genuine interest in how digital campaigns are set up, tracked and reported, and a willingness to learn ad operations tools, will set you up for success.\nAs a POE & Ad Operations Executive, you will manage client deliverables, timelines, and invoicing, and serve as a primary point of contact for the client’s finance team. You will also support the media team with day-to-day ad operations tasks such as campaign set-up in Campaign Manager 360 (CM360), naming conventions and taxonomy, and delivery checks.\nResponsibilities\nPOE & Finance Operations\nCollaborate with media teams to review Salesforce POs, to ensure accuracy and correct phasing as needed;\nWork with media teams to consolidate POE or post of execution reports as templatized by the client which involves proof of media performance and invoicing;\nMaintain a rigorous billing process, including quarterly PO reconciliations; \nWork with client’s finance team to support the audit of media buys in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the MSA;\nEnsure key client deliverables in SOWs are met;\nWork with media teams to provide monthly accrual and budget pacing reports;\nEnforce standardized processes across different client accounts, to ensure compliance;\nMaintain strong working relationships with team members and client;\nManage credit collection and client query resolution;\nManage client invoicing, issuing invoices in a timely and accurate manner and working closely with the media team to complete invoice requests;\nPrepare weekly timesheet reports;\nAd Operations\nSupport campaign set-up and trafficking in Campaign Manager 360 (CM360), including placements, creative assignments and tracking tags, under the guidance of the media team;\nApply and maintain the client’s naming conventions and taxonomy across campaigns, placements, creatives and tracking parameters, so that delivery data maps cleanly to POs and POE reports;\nCarry out QA checks before and after launch (tags, click-through URLs, flight dates, creative specifications) and flag issues to the media team;\nPull delivery reports from CM360 and other ad platforms to support POE reports, PO reconciliations and budget pacing;\nHelp investigate discrepancies between ad server, publisher and billing figures;\nKeep trafficking sheets and campaign documentation accurate and up to date;\nAd-hoc projects and other duties as assigned.\nQualifications:\nBachelor of Commerce degree, preferably in accounting, finance, or economics;\nHigh degree of fluency in both written and verbal English required;\nUp to 1 year of finance/accounting and project management experience, ideally within a media/full-service agency or client-side marketing department setting;\nDemonstrable technical accounting ability, especially a strong conceptual understanding;\nUnderstanding of digital media fundamentals (how campaigns are planned, bought, trafficked and measured) is preferred;\nHands-on exposure to an ad server or ad platform such as Campaign Manager 360 (CM360), DV360, Google Ads or Meta Ads Manager is preferred but not essential;\nFamiliarity with campaign naming conventions, taxonomy and URL tracking parameters is a plus;\nWillingness to learn ad operations tools and processes quickly, and comfort switching between finance and media tasks;\nStrong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills;\nDetail oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude;\nStrong organizational and project management skills;\nWorks effectively within a team;\nWillingness to occasionally work early or late to accommodate different international time zones (Singapore);\nStrong knowledge of Excel and the ability to manipulate data via Pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, etc.;
