The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on campaign management skills, strategic thinking, client management experience, and the ability to mentor junior team members.\nKey Responsibilities\nPlan, execute, optimise, and report on paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, and LinkedIn.\nDevelop campaign strategies aligned with client objectives, KPIs, budgets, and target audiences.\nMonitor campaign performance, conduct quality checks, and identify opportunities for optimisation.\nPrepare weekly and monthly performance reports and provide actionable insights using analytics tools such as GA4.\nBuild and maintain strong client relationships, present campaign results, and recommend growth opportunities.\nManage campaign budgets, spending, pacing, billing, and account setup processes.\nConduct campaign audits and contribute to new business pitches and internal best practices.\nMentor junior team members, manage workloads, provide feedback, and support their professional development.\nStay updated on emerging social media trends, advertising formats, and platform features.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nExperience: 4-5 years of experience in Paid Social; agency experience is preferred.\nHands-on experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, and LinkedIn advertising.\nStrong knowledge of campaign planning, execution, optimisation, reporting, and performance analysis.\nExperience in full-funnel campaign management and an understanding of the broader media mix.\nExcellent communication, client management, and presentation skills.\nAbility to manage multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously.\nProficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office, particularly Excel/Sheets and
