This role will build a strong pipeline, open new customer relationships, and position Wiley’s Enterprise solutions for long-term growth.\nHow you will make an impact:\nDevelop and execute a focused growth plan for Enterprise sales in Indonesia.\n\nCreate, qualify, and advance new opportunities for Wiley’s Enterprise solutions, including digital collections, courseware, institutional content solutions, and selected AI-enabled offerings.\n\nBuild strong relationships with senior decision-makers, including university leaders, procurement stakeholders, faculty champions, and institutional partners.\n\nLead customer discovery, solution positioning, proposal development, commercial discussions, and deal closure.\n\nWork closely with internal stakeholders across product, marketing, customer success, finance, and leadership to win and launch new business.\n\nMaintain a healthy sales pipeline, strong opportunity discipline, and reliable forecasting.\n\nMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new growth opportunities and partnership models.\n\nWhat we look for:\nStrong pipeline creation and conversion.\n\nNew customer acquisition and revenue growth.\n\nGrowth in strategic Enterprise accounts and new market openings in Indonesia.\n\nHigh-quality forecasting, disciplined execution, and strong internal collaboration.\n\nPreferred profile\nProven success in B2B or Enterprise business development, ideally in education, EdTech, digital content, SaaS, or solution selling.\n\nStrong commercial drive and ability to engage senior stakeholders.\n\nSkilled in consultative selling, negotiation, and closing complex deals.\n\nSelf-driven, resilient, and comfortable working across functions and markets.\n\nStrong knowledge of Indonesia’s higher education or institutional landscape is preferred.\n\nWe power infinite possibilities.\nFor more than 200 years, we've transformed knowledge into discoveries that shape the world.
