The Marketing Coordinator will have excellent organizational, communication and collaboration skills to help with the planning, implementation, and delivery of various marketing activities in the Physical and Life Sciences Journals Marketing Team. Some experience of project management and digital marketing would be advantageous. Excellent Microsoft Office (especially Excel) skills are preferred.\nYou will:\n\nSupport portfolio marketers by gathering data for specific journals to support marketing campaign planning\nBe responsible for collating and managing information from multiple sources in a tracking sheet\nCo-ordinate conference visuals and support marketers in event organisation\nHandle collateral and content requests in various formats to support the portfolio marketers\nDeliver campaign support including reporting of results and helping to keep campaigns on track\nCollaborate across teams to acquire information as needed.\nProvide general administrative support to the Journal Marketing team\nWe are looking for someone who:\n\nHas excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills\nIs keen to further knowledge in marketing and publishing\nManages their time well, with ability to juggle multiple priorities and stick to deadlines\nCan be proactive and use own initiative to help the team deliver optimal work\nHas the ability and willingness to learn multiple systems and processes\nIs proficient in Microsoft Excel, and other standard operating systems\nWe power infinite possibilities.\nFor more than 200 years, we've transformed knowledge into discoveries that shape the world.
