In this role, you will support the growth of our Artificial Intelligence & Data Analytics (AI&DA) solutions portfolio, including products such as COAs, Audience Solutions, and Spectra Database.\nWorking closely with sales teams in China and global marketing colleagues, you will develop and execute go-to-market strategies, demand generation campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth across the corporate market. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on campaign execution in a fast-paced B2B environment.\nHow You Will Make an Impact\nAs Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in expanding Wiley's presence and commercial success in the corporate market by:\nDeveloping and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies for assigned products and solutions.\nDriving demand generation and audience acquisition campaigns to generate qualified leads and support revenue growth.\nCreating and localizing marketing content and promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.\nPartnering closely with sales teams to align marketing activities with customer needs and business goals.\nSupporting customer engagement initiatives, events, webinars, and marketing programs to strengthen Wiley's brand awareness.\nCollaborating with global marketing teams to adapt and implement global campaigns for the China market.\nMonitoring campaign performance and market trends to continuously optimize marketing effectiveness and business impact.\nWhat We Look For\nMaster's degree in Marketing, Business, Health Sciences, or a related field.\n2-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on go-to-market planning, demand generation, and campaign execution.\nExperience supporting commercial or solution-based products and working closely with sales teams.\nStrong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and regions.\nDemonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.\nStrong business acumen and willingness to challenge the status quo to drive continuous improvement.\nFluent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or related industries.\nExperience supporting product localization and implementing global marketing campaigns in local markets.\nFamiliarity with lead generation, marketing automation, customer engagement programs, and event marketing.\nWe power infinite possibilities.\nFor more than 200 years, we've transformed knowledge into discoveries that shape the world.
