We have an exciting opportunity to offer for a Sales Coordinator working with teammates based in Europe and North America. The role is ideal for someone who wants to work in an international and diverse team, operating at the intersection of sales and our internal operational and processing teams. We are looking for a candidate with a hands-on attitude, excellent communication skills and the ability to self-organize and to collaborate with Account Managers and customers in various countries.\nThe Sales Coordinator will provide administrative support to Sales and Account Managers across the EMEA and North American region. The role will be within the Global Sales Administration Team, reporting to the Manager Sales Administration-Americas & Europe.\nJob Responsibilities:\nProvide administrative support for Institutional Sales Team and develop broad competence in systems required to support this team.\nPreparing journals & non-journals quotes for customers of Account Managers whilst ensuring accurate and efficient inputting of information.\nSubmit new and renewal of non-journal product orders for processing.\nUsing Contracts-Lifecycle-Management (CLM) System to support the contracting process and liaise with the License Coordinator and assist when necessary.\nRespond to customer enquiries on pricing, contract options, invoicing, access issues and liaising with the Customer Service department to ensure customer access issues are resolved quickly.\nAnswer ad-hoc queries from Account Managers, marketers and customers; Respond to customer enquiries on pricing, licensing options, invoicing and access issues.\nGenerate reports and figures for Sales Team upon request.\nRequired Qualifications:\nMath and English GCSE or equivalent.\nMust have excellent written and verbal English communication skills and be detailed oriented.\nExperience in customer service or administration and managing a varied workload with an ability to pivot and prioritize workload.\nDigitally savvy and working knowledge of digital products, formats and industry accepted sales models.\nMust be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and able to learn and use new systems quickly.\nMust be able to work independently and efficiently.
