In this role, you'll translate customer insights, market research, and business goals into product strategy, partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions, and guide products from concept through launch. You'll play a key role in building experiences that help people work better together through personalized coaching and behavioral insights.\n\nJob Responsibilities\nDevelop product strategy for complex capabilities such as integrations, platforms services, and AI-enabled experiences informed by customer research, market trends, competitive analysis, and business objectives.\nPartner closely with engineering to evaluate technical options, dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs and determine the right product approach.\nCollaborate with architects, engineers, designers, security, data, and other technical partners to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and maintainable.\nUse product data, customer feedback, and system insights to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement.\nPartner with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and other business teams to support launches, adoption, and ongoing product success.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n3-5 years of product management experience, preferably working with SaaS, platform, API, integration, or other technically complex products.\nExperience working in agile software development environments.\nDemonstrated ability to translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements and actionable plans.\nStrong analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.\nStrong understanding of software development concepts, including APIs, integrations, data flows, system dependencies, and technical architecture.\nAbility to navigate ambiguity, identify dependencies and risks, and make decisions in a fast-changing environment.\nProactive problem-solver with excellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nDesired qualifications\nExperience building AI-enabled products or features.\nWe power infinite possibilities.\nFor more than 200 years, we've transformed knowledge into discoveries that shape the world.
