This role will be responsible for ensuring that data assets, master data models, and analytics capabilities are aligned with business needs and the overall Enterprise Architecture strategy.\nReporting to theDirector, Enterprise Applications, you will work closely with business stakeholders, process owners, application teams, and enterprise architects to drive data governance, reporting capabilities, automation initiatives, and data-driven decision making across the organization.\nKey Responsibilities\nData Architecture & Governance\nOwn and maintain roadmaps for master data objects and data models across Port Services applications.\n\nEstablish and maintain data governance standards, policies, and procedures.\n\nEnsure data quality, consistency, integrity, and lifecycle management across systems.\n\nSupport compliance with data privacy and regulatory requirements, including GDPR.\n\nAnalytics & Business Intelligence\nDefine and maintain the Analytics and Business Intelligence strategy for Port Services.\n\nLead cross-functional teams to prioritize and manage the BI backlog.\n\nDeliver reporting and analytics solutions that support operational and strategic business objectives.\n\nPromote data-driven decision-making across the organization.\n\nProcess Improvement & Automation\nIdentify opportunities to automate processes and improve operational efficiency.\n\nWork with process owners to document and implement improvement initiatives.\n\nSupport digital transformation projects through data and analytics solutions.\n\nEnterprise Architecture & Stakeholder Management\nContribute to technology strategy and enterprise architecture planning.\n\nParticipate in solution design, technical planning, and architecture reviews.\n\nGather and translate business requirements into scalable data and analytics solutions.\n\nBuild strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery.\n\nRequirements\nExtensive experience in Data Architecture, Data Management, Business Intelligence, Analytics, or related disciplines.\n\nStrong understanding of data governance, master data management, and data lifecycle processes.\n\nExperience developing and implementing enterprise-wide analytics and BI strategies.\n\nKnowledge of data privacy, compliance, and regulatory frameworks, including GDPR.\n\nProven experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a global environment.\n\nExperience working within Agile delivery teams and methodologies.\n\nStrong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.\n\nCommercial mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.\n\nThis is an exciting opportunity to shape the future data and analytics strategy of a global maritime organization.
