All team members are empowered with the freedom to influence each other as long it complies with our Company’s values and vision.\nWhat You'll Responsible For:\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport GRC team\nAssist in preparing and verifying manual consolidation adjustments for review by senior team members.\nSupport the monthly consolidation process by preparing and validating consolidation data.\nAssist in preparing financial reports for review and distribution by the GRC team.\nPerform basic financial data validation and assist with variance analysis.\nManagement reporting\nSupport GRC in preparing monthly group consolidated accounts.\nAssist in promulgating changes in WWH, WALWIL, NORSEA & WMS reporting & consolidation routines plus guidance.\nSupport inter-company reconciliation activities and follow up on outstanding items.\nMaintain and further develop a consistent and integrated approach for a unified management reporting process for both corporate and business area levels management at GRC.\nSupport business users by responding to routine queries and assisting with ejournal requests, escalating complex matters to senior GRC team members where appropriate.\nMonitor and follow up on ejournal requests and support timely resolution of cases in accordance with established service standards.\nAssist in preparing reporting information and performance metrics as requested by business areas and corporate functions.\nSupport the maintenance and administration of reporting and consolidation systems.\nFinancial management information\nData processing and consolidated data.\nOngoing process of identifying and developing better data management.\nCo-administer BOFC reporting & consolidation system.\nRolling forecast/ budgets\nAssist to review 18 months rolling forecast and budget modules in the consolidation system.\nFacilitate the group budget process and ensure annual budget registered in the consolidation system.\nProject management\nParticipate in consolidation system/other group reporting projects.\nMiscellaneous\nAd-hoc activities assigned by superior.\nSupport business function.\nQualifications\nExperience & Skills Required\nBachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance, or a related field. Professional accounting qualifications are an advantage.\nFresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
