Digital and operations are run from Wilhelmsen HQ in Lysaker (Oslo), with trading and commercial development from London.\nWhat you will be doing:\nWe are seeking an Operations Assistant to join our Oslo team and support day-to-day compliance operations. In this role, you will help ensure smooth, accurate handling of client compliance tasks. Your responsibilities will include:\nCustomer onboarding \nEUA/UKA registry account management\nProcessing EUA/UKA allowance transfers\nResponding to client queries and coordinating with relevant registries and authorities\nUpdating digital dashboards and website\nInvoicing of clients\nSupporting quarterly reporting and financial overviews\nCreate LinkedIn content\nSupporting general team operations as needed\nHecla is growing rapidly, and services constantly evolve with new regulations. We’re looking for someone proactive, adaptable, and ready to help wherever needed.\nWhat we are looking for:\nIf you have a bachelor’s degree or similar in a relevant field, are service-minded, structured and pro-active you might be the one we are looking for.
