Copy of executed T&C to be forwarded to parties. \nCreate checklist of services.\nMonitor daily emails and requests from stakeholders.\nSend daily updates. \nReceive towage ordering instructions and inform all parties of ordering times and instructions. \nUpdate stakeholders of all Arrival and Departure movements in real-time. \nDocument movements and complete the checklist of services. \nPrepare month end reports for stakeholders. \nReview and cross-check any errors in movements or fuel tickets that’s provided by parties. \nClose out and invoice all port calls in company's in-house system.\nAdmin/procurement duties.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nMaritime, shipping, logistics, or administrative experience preferred, but not required.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nExcellent organizational and time-management abilities.\nAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications and data management systems.\nFlexibility to work nights and weekends schedule.\nWorking at Wilhelmsen offers a culture and work environment of strong leadership, career development, work-life balance and a job that is both challenging and stimulating.
