In this role, you will be responsible for the technical operation, support, administration, and continuous improvement of our global IFS Cloud platform running on Microsoft Azure.\nOur ERP platform is a critical operational backbone supporting business processes across Wilhelmsen. You will work at the intersection of ERP operations, cloud infrastructure, integrations, and platform optimization, ensuring a stable, secure, and high-performing environment for our global users.\nWe role in maintaining, supporting, and optimizing our IFS Cloud platform and associated services.\nIFS Cloud Operations & Administration\nProvide technical administration and operational support for IFS Cloud.\nMonitor and maintain application performance, availability, and stability across environments.\nManage users, roles, permissions, and system administration activities within IFS Cloud.\nInvestigate and resolve issues related to application functionality, performance, and system behavior.\nMonitor and troubleshoot Background Jobs, Application Messages, and Print Jobs.\nCloud Platform Management\nSupport and maintain IFS Cloud deployments running on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).\nMonitor Kubernetes clusters, application pods, services, ingress, and container health.\nWork with Azure services including:Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)\nAzure Storage\nAzure Key Vault\nAzure Monitor\nLog Analytics\n\nCollaborate with infrastructure and DevOps teams to ensure platform reliability, scalability, and security.\nIncident Resolution & Support\nTroubleshoot issues related to:IFS Cloud applications\nAKS infrastructure\nIntegrations\nNetworking and connectivity\nApplication performance\nDatabase-related issues\n\nAnalyze application logs, container logs, and Oracle database issues.\nParticipate in incident management, root cause analysis, and production support activities.\nSupport on-call and business-critical operations when required.\nERP Enhancements & Continuous Improvement\nWork closely with business users to understand operational challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.\nSupport configuration activities, system upgrades, patches, and implementation of new functionality.\nAnalyze current platform capabilities and recommend improvements to reliability, automation, and efficiency.\nProvide expert guidance on the effective use of IFS Cloud functionality and technical capabilities.\nIntegrations & Deployment Support\nCoordinate with integration teams and third-party application owners supporting the ERP ecosystem.\nAssist with deployment activities, environment maintenance, and release execution.\nSupport CI/CD deployment processes and environment automation initiatives.\nEnsure integrations between IFS Cloud and surrounding business applications operate efficiently and reliably.\nDocumentation & Governance\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, operational runbooks, and support procedures.\nContribute to operational standards and best practices.\nSupport quality assurance and validation of technical changes before production deployment.\nQualifications and skills we are looking for\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.\nMinimum 5 years of Experience supporting or administering IFS Applications or IFS Cloud.\nStrong understanding of ERP systems and business processes.\nExperience working with Microsoft Azure technologies and cloud environments.\nKnowledge of Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and containerized applications.\nExperience with application monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management.\nFamiliarity with integrations, APIs, and enterprise application landscapes.\nUnderstanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams.\nExcellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.\nPersonal
