responsibilities\nUpdate all ETA’s through consistent monitoring with agents \nSchedule drivers \nMonitor the efficiency of the dispatch operations and driver utilization \nEnsure that transport is done in an efficient and cost-effective way in line with demand \nEnsure compliance to all rules and regulations \nResponsible for correct document flow, reporting and tracking \nReport and take action to ensure professional and timely deliveries \nKeep delivery trucks maintained to appropriate standards, rules and regulations, including placard, certificates, etc. \nMandatory requirements\nAbility to communicate on all levels \nAvailable to work weekends and some holidays \nAbility to work in a team and on own initiatives \nGood command of written and spoken English \nGood knowledge of and experience within worldwide transportation methods and requirements \nGood knowledge of Dangerous Goods transportation regulations in all transport modes \nIn depth familiarity and knowledge of transportation rules and regulations \nAdditional preferences\nDangerous Good Certification \nMaritime experience \nSystematic, organized and accurate \nGood knowledge of products carried
