Development Manager \n\nLocation: Lekki, Lagos\n\nEmployment Type: Full-time\n\nJob Summary\n\nThe Business Development Manager will drive business growth and revenue generation within the Oil and Gas Upstream industry.\nThe successful candidate will leverage industry knowledge, strategic relationships, and business development expertise to identify new opportunities, secure contracts, and strengthen the organisation’s market position.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nLeverage existing industry contacts to generate leads and secure contract awards.\nIdentify potential clients, assess market opportunities, and develop proposals for prospective business.\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry decision-makers.\nIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within the Oil and Gas Upstream industry.\nDevelop and execute effective business development strategies to drive revenue growth.\nBuild and maintain strategic partnerships within the upstream Oil and Gas servicing sector.\n\nRequirements\n\nBachelor’s degree or HND in a relevant discipline.\nExcellent negotiation, communication, networking, and relationship management skills.\nMinimum of 6–8 years of experience in business development within the Oil and Gas Upstream industry.\nStrong network and established contacts within the upstream Oil and Gas servicing sector.\nProven ability to leverage industry relationships to generate business opportunities and secure contract awards.\nStrong commercial awareness and ability to identify and convert business
