The role requires strong technical capabilities, commercial judgement, project management skills and an interest in the evolving healthcare landscape.\nSuccessful candidates will possess advanced financial modelling expertise, strong attention to detail and the ability to lead multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nTransaction Execution\nLead execution workstreams for mergers and acquisitions, private capital raising transactions and strategic advisory assignments.\nDevelop, review and oversee complex financial models, including operating models, merger models, leveraged buyout analyses and valuation models.\nApply and oversee core valuation methodologies, including comparable company analysis, precedent transactions and discounted cash flow analysis.\nCoordinate financial, operational and commercial due diligence processes.\nManage interactions with clients, investors, legal advisers and other transaction participants throughout deal execution.\nEvaluate company performance, strategic positioning, growth opportunities and transaction risks.\nSupport senior bankers in developing transaction strategies, transaction positioning and client recommendations.\nReview transaction materials and ensure the accuracy and quality of analytical deliverables.\nHealthcare Sector Expertise\nDevelop deep expertise across healthcare services, life sciences, medical technology, diagnostics, healthcare IT, pharmaceutical services and related sectors.\nAnalyse healthcare market trends, regulatory developments, reimbursement dynamics and record.\nPrevious experience of investment banking, corporate finance, transaction advisory, valuation, consulting or related experience.\nDemonstrated experience supporting or executing M&A, capital raising or strategic advisory transactions.\nStrong understanding of accounting, corporate finance, valuation methodologies and financial statement analysis.\nAdvanced financial modelling and analytical capabilities.\nExceptional written, verbal and presentation skills.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.\nStrong project management and organisational abilities.\nAbility to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities simultaneously.\nDemonstrated leadership potential and commitment to mentoring junior professionals.\nStrong interest in healthcare, healthcare innovation and the businesses shaping the future of the industry.\nPreferred\nPrior experience within investment banking or transaction advisory.\nExperience covering healthcare
