As an FP&A Analyst, you'll play a key role in delivering financial insight and performance reporting that helps shape strategic decision-making across our global distribution network.\nWorking closely with market and finance leaders, you'll support forecasting, annual planning and long-term financial planning cycles, providing robust analysis, detailed financial modelling and constructive challenge to drive business performance. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys turning complex data into meaningful insights, identifying risks and opportunities, and contributing to the continued growth of our owned route-to-market business from our Richmond office.\nPlease note, this role requires 4 days in the office per week in Richmond.\nMain Responsibility\nAs an FP&A Analyst, you’ll play a key role in delivering financial insight, planning and performance reporting across our global network of Owned Distribution Companies, helping to drive informed decision-making and support business growth.\nConsolidate, analyse and interpret financial and operational performance across ten international markets, providing clear insight into key drivers, trends, risks and opportunities.\nDeliver meaningful performance analysis that goes beyond reporting variances to identify root causes, emerging risks and opportunities, and their impact on future results.\nDrive the development and standardisation of management reporting across the business, creating consistent KPIs, reporting frameworks and analytical approaches that improve transparency and comparability.\nDevelop and enhance Power BI dashboards and digital reporting tools, delivering timely, intuitive and increasingly real-time performance insights for stakeholders.\nSupport the monthly forecasting, annual budget and Five-Year Plan processes, consolidating market submissions and challenging assumptions through detailed analysis.\nBuild robust financial models and scenario analyses to assess business performance, evaluate opportunities and risks, and support strategic and commercial decision-making.\nDevelop a deep understanding of financial data, systems and consolidation processes, ensuring strong data integrity, governance and control.\nInterrogate large and complex datasets to identify trends, inconsistencies and opportunities to improve reporting, automation and analytical capability across the DOU network.\nCollaborate with finance and business stakeholders across multiple international markets to provide insight that supports performance improvement and long-term growth.\nOur Ideal Candidate\nWe're looking for a commercially minded finance professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for turning data into meaningful business insight.\nYou'll bring:\nExperience in FP&A, commercial finance, management reporting or business partnering.\nStrong financial modelling, forecasting and budgeting experience.\nExcellent analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends, risks and opportunities from complex datasets.\nExperience developing or working with Power BI dashboards and ERP systems.\nStrong attention to detail and a focus on data integrity and accuracy.\nThe ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and influence decision-making.\nA proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement, automation and reporting innovation.\nStrong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and markets.\nWhat we can offer you\nWe offer a competitive salary and benefits which are designed to promote our employees financial wellbeing.
