If you're passionate about solving complex problems, enjoy working in a collaborative environment and are excited by the opportunity to influence products used at scale, we'd love to hear from you.\nA portfolio showcasing user-centred designs is essential, including examples of your working process including conception, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that demonstrate problem-solving and attention to detail backed up by data, be that qualitative or quantitative - Sorry we cannot consider your application without this.\nWhat you will be doing\nTake ownership of key stages of the product design process, from problem discovery and concept development through to validation, delivery and implementation.\nDesign intuitive, accessible and customer-focused experiences that balance user needs, business objectives and technical requirements.\nPartner with Product Managers and Engineers to define problems, shape solutions and align on priorities and scope\nLeverage customer research, behavioural insights and product data to inform decisions, challenge assumptions and uncover opportunities\nPlan and conduct usability testing and evaluative research, translating findings into meaningful product improvements\nCreate user flows, wireframes, prototypes and polished UI designs that clearly communicate end-to-end customer journeys\nUse rapid prototyping, experimentation and AI-enabled tools to explore ideas, reduce uncertainty and improve design efficiency\nContribute to and evolve our design system, support delivery through design QA, and communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders across the business\nWho we are looking for\nWe are committed to responsible gambling, and we are looking for people who can support our ethos.
