We’re platform-agnostic, relentlessly creative, and fiercely focused on outcomes.\nWe are currently seeking a Project Manager Web and App) to lead, plan and execute a variety of digital projects, ranging from website and app builds, to martech platform implementations and journey/automation builds to ongoing campaign execution. As a Project Manager, you will be a key point of contact for our clients and lead a cross-functional team of subject matter experts ensuring that we deliver exceptional work to our clients, on time and on budget.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage multiple digital projects end-to-end, from discovery and solutioning to technical development and implementation. \nStructure and maintain project timelines; track deliverables efficiently.\nManage to the project budget and Statement of Work. Contribute to the development of both.\nIdentify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies. Propose solutions to address identified risks and ensure escalations are raised appropriately.\nCommunicate proactively with account leadership about project timelines and updates, new client requests, and change requests.\nManage peer-level client relationships as the primary client contact for all project inquiries and needs\nContribute to an environment that fosters innovation, problem solving and knowledge sharing\nLead the execution of QA and testing plans; actively participate in testing.\nSkills and Experience\n5+ years of project management experience; PMP or Certified Scrum Master designation preferred.\nHands-on experience with website or app development and martech implementations (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Salesforce Data Cloud) strongly preferred\nStrong ability to understand technical concepts and the development process\nStrong analytical, organizational, and time management skills as well as an attention to detail\nExcellent communication skills. Ability to interpret client needs and translate them for technical teams.\nStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate concepts to a technical and non-technical audience\nExperience working in a fast-paced environment juggling multiple deliverables and tight timelines\nFamiliarity with quality assurance (QA) protocols and ownership of QA sign-off for all deliverables\nWe are located in Liberty Village, Toronto.
