This role is critical in the planning, coordination and execution of natural gas pipeline projects, and safety is the highest priority.\nResponsibilities/Expectations:\nAccountable for front end construction planning, estimate development and analysis and contract management\nProvides input in QA/QC staffing plans, construction cost/schedule management and liaison activities with stakeholders\nProvides input on contracting strategy and contractor qualification/selection\nReviews contractor schedules, execution plans, and extra work claims\nDevelops and manages construction progress reporting\nPerforms audits of inspection processes and documentation requirements\nAssists in construction closeout\nProvides onsite leadership to inspection team\nOther duties as assigned\n Education/Years of Experience:\nRequired: High School Diploma/GED, a minimum of six (6) years’ related experience and CCM (CMAA) Certification\nPreferred: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science or Construction Management\n Physical and Environment Work Requirements:\nMust be able to:\nWork in extreme temperatures, with loud noises and in enclosed spaces\nCarry or lift items up to 50 lbs and team lift loads of more than 50 lbs as needed\nStand, walk, climb, bend, stoop, and squat, often for long periods of time\nWork at elevated levels, potentially from man lifts, ladders, scaffolding, and/or small towers, with appropriate PPE (Personal Protection Equipment)\nUse hand tools\n Other Requirements:\nMust possess valid State Driver’s License and clean driving record\nDemonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority\nNeeds proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills\n#LI-KM2We invest in our people in ways that actually show up in your day-to-day, not just on paper.
