This role will plan, run, and coordinate compliance-related preventative maintenance and work orders, while reporting back to business partners. Developing training programs and understanding our maintenance management system are keys to success!\nResponsibilities/Expectations:\nWorks in a project manager capacity and as a member of the local leadership team\nCoordinates all vital resources, including parts, tools and employees for work-related tasks within area of responsibility\nPrepares scope of work, work orders and project plans; communicates reports and findings\nInteracts with the manager/supervisor and technicians to plan and coordinate preventative maintenance, including repair and overhaul of equipment\nAssists in the development of facility training initiatives and our maintenance management system (Maximo); creates and assigns all work orders\nLeads or serves as a subject matter specialist for organizational initiatives\nDevelops and manages maintenance plans and schedules for approximately 43 compressors, balancing preventative, corrective, and planned maintenance needs\nCoordinates compressor maintenance around operational requirements, equipment availability, outages, and priorities to minimize operational disruptions\nPartners with Operations and Maintenance teams to evaluate equipment needs, establish work priorities, and plan major compressor inspections, repairs, and overhauls\nReviews equipment history, maintenance trends, and outstanding work to identify recurring issues, scheduling risks, and opportunities to improve compressor reliability\nOther duties as assigned\nEducation/Years of Experience:\nRequired: High school diploma/GED and minimum six (6) years’ experience in industry-specific operations including, but not limited to, processing plants, gathering, NGL/Petchem or transmission pipelines\nPreferred: Associate’s degree and project management or operations experience\nPreferred: Minimum three (3) years of experience supporting compressor station operations, maintenance, or maintenance planning.\nPhysical and Environment Work Requirements:\nMust be willing to:\nWork in extreme temperatures, with loud noises and in enclosed spaces\nCarry or lift items up to 50 lbs and team lift loads of more than 50 lbs as needed\nStand, walk, climb, bend, stoop, and squat, often for long periods of time\nWork at elevated levels, potentially from man lifts, ladders, scaffolding, and/or small towers, with appropriate PPE (Personal Protection Equipment)\nUse hand tools\nOther Requirements:\nMust possess valid State Driver’s License and clean driving record\nDemonstrates aptitude and ability to embrace technology and applications to drive operational efficiency and streamline processes\nDemonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority\nNeeds basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications\n#LI-KK1We invest in our people in ways that actually show up in your day-to-day, not just on paper.
