You may be asked to prepare and deliver presentations and lead small, specialized teams to identify and resolve technical and project management issues!\nYour work will challenge you, and with our Core Values to guide you, you’ll quickly learn and grow with us.\nResponsibilities/Expectations:\nPerforms a wide spectrum of moderately difficult assignments, requiring technical evaluation, innovation, and judgement while maintaining customer satisfaction\nWorks independently on mid-sized projects/technical assignments supporting operations\nMaintains a strong understanding of industry and operational requirements\nDemonstrates in-depth knowledge of safety requirements, produces results and meets goals\nExhibits proficiency in Company processes, policies, procedures, and guidelines established by organization and governing agencies\nPrepares and delivers presentations to individuals\nInterprets internal/external customer needs, assesses requirements and identifies responses\nWorks on a combination of engineering specialties covering more than one subject area\nCollaborates with teams to ensure compliance, build improvement plans and meet training needs\nChampions processes, procedures and safety standards\nServes as a primary engineering resource for assigned natural gas treating, compression, and related operating facilities \nPartners closely with Operations and Maintenance to understand facility performance, troubleshoot issues, and proactively identify engineering needs and improvement opportunities \nDevelops engineering solutions and facility improvements from initial need through alternatives evaluation, scope development, preliminary design, cost estimating, and technical justification \nProvides hands-on engineering support for equipment and facility issues, including field walkdowns, outages, modifications, commissioning, startup, and troubleshooting \nOther duties as assigned\nEducation/Years of Experience:\nRequired: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant Engineering field from an ABET accredited college or university, OR Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Technology in a relevant field with Professional Engineer (P.E.) license; A minimum four (4) years of multifaceted engineering experience in the natural gas or petrochemical industry\nWe welcome candidates with a variety of backgrounds and experiences - if you don’t meet every qualification, this role may be filled at a level that aligns with your skills and growth potential\nOther Requirements:\nExhibits excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and deems safety an utmost priority\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Application and PC skills\nPreferred: FE Certification\nPreferred: Project Management experience\nPreferred: Experience with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS or ProMax)\nWe invest in our people in ways that actually show up in your day-to-day, not just on paper.
