As an Assistant Technician, you will work with a team of specialists on our turbine engine products. Responsibilities include: Turbine engine and sub-component disassembly, high-tech cleaning of engine components, evaluation and testing of fuel nozzles, restocking fluids and hardware in support of engine reassembly, plus a variety of other tasks enabling you to quickly become a contributing member of our team, with the possibility of earning FAA Repairman Certification and moving into higher positions of responsibility.\nQualifications\nMust have a high school diploma, or equivalent\nBeneficial to be mechanically inclined\nBasic computer skills required\nMust have good verbal and written communication skills\nPhysical lifting requirements include:Ability to lift 50 pounds (4 inches to 25 inches)\nCapable of pushing or pulling a weight of 60 pounds\nA grip strength of at least 50 pounds\nAble to reach above the shoulder 65 inches above floor level (minimum)\n\nS. citizenship is required\nPosition requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance, if needed.
