The Program Management Intern works as part of a Program Management team, under the direction and guidance of a Senior Program Administrator or Program Manager.\nThe responsibilities will include:\nCoordinating estimates, scope of work, schedules, terms and conditions and prices for various customer requests for proposals\nCoordinating and administering account after award of contract to ensure budgets are met, payments are received, and contracts are closed\nCoordinating communications with customers and other parties in a timely manner to ensure all contractual, customer and company needs are met\nQualifications\nMust be pursuing a degree in Business, Project Management, Supply Chain or related field\nMinimum of 60 credit hours (must be a junior or senior standing or in a Master’s Program)\nMust be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)\nExcellent writing, presentation and speaking communication techniques are necessary\nProgram, project or US Government contract management experience is beneficial\nCumulative GPA of 3.0 or better, preferred\nProficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)\nU. S. citizenship is required\nPosition requires the ability to obtain a U. S. Government Security Clearance, if needed. Candidates selected may be subject to a U. S.
