The Quality Systems Analyst supports the development and oversight of the WI Quality Management System as defined by Common Operating Procedures.\nAdditional responsibilities include:\nDevelop, maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System aligned to company Common Operating Procedures\nDesign, implement, and enhance quality-related systems that support manufacturing and product integrity\nConduct internal QMS audits and prepare clear, actionable audit reports\nPerform manufacturing process verification audits and drive closure of nonconformities\nPerform and review First Article Inspections in accordance with AS9102 requirements\nSupport external audits and customer visits by preparing evidence, hosting sessions and tracking outcomes\nDeliver training and mentoring on QMS topics to promote a quality-first culture across the organization\nLead or contribute to special projects prioritized by Quality Leadership\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives and failure investigations in partnership with Operations and Engineering\nQualifications\nBachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in a quality-related discipline.\nThree or more years of auditing experience in a manufacturing environment.\nWorking knowledge of AS9100 (or equivalent standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.)\nInternal auditor certification for AS9100 or ISO 9001.\nDemonstrated experience conducting First Article Inspections and reviewing AS9102 documentation.\nExperience communicating audit findings both pleasant and difficult.\nDemonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.\nDemonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.\nStrong work ethic.\nDemonstrates a quality first mindset.\nProven ability to prioritize requirements to support on-time delivery of conforming products.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present audit findings to diverse audiences.\nExperience hosting external Customers & Regulatory bodies (for example, DCMA, FAA, third-party auditors, etc.).\nProficiency in Microsoft 365 applications: Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook .\nPreferred experience with the process approach to auditing.\nPreferred hands-on experience in manufacturing and quality.\nPreferred GD&T and metrology literacy.\nU.S. citizenship is required.\nPosition requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance, if needed.
