In this role you will be responsible for:Providing high quality, real-time assistance to clients to support their projects.\nCommunicating with the client to understand requirements, setting expectations, and making sure that the expectations are met.\nCommunicating the client requirement to the production team.\nOverseeing the production process and the delivering the output as committed.\nAdhering to the internal metrics.
