Accurate record-keeping and a focus on safety will bring success in this role!\nResponsibilities/Expectations:\nPerforms various tasks to safely maintain facility equipment and support pipeline operations, inspecting/supervising equipment and maintaining operation/technical standards and/or governmental requirements\nCollaborates with others to discover solutions to technical or operational problems\nFollows all Company policies and applies appropriate operating and maintenance procedures\nAcquires knowledge of and adheres to requirements for safe and efficient operation of facilities, execution of tasks, protection of community, personnel, environment, and assets\nOversees general knowledge of site/location/equipment/specific permits and compliance\nCompletes assigned reports, logs and maintains accurate records of process operations and performance of preventative maintenance on equipment\nOther duties as assigned\n Education/Years of Experience:\nRequired: High School Diploma/GED\nPreferred: Associates or two-year technical degree; minimum six (6) months mechanical, technical, or controls systems experience in the oil and gas industry or operations technician summer internship with Associates Degree\n Physical and Environment Work Requirements:\nMust be willing to:\nWork in extreme temperatures, with loud noises and in enclosed spaces\nCarry or lift items up to 50 lbs and team lift loads of more than 50 lbs as needed\nStand, walk, climb, bend, stoop, and squat, often for long periods of time\nWork at elevated levels, potentially from man lifts, ladders, scaffolding, and/or small towers, with appropriate PPE (Personal Protection Equipment)\nUse hand tools\nShift/Work Hours/Travel Requirements:\nAvailable to work after hours, on-call rotations, nights, weekend shifts and holidays as the need arises\nMay be required to work overtime, 10-12 hour shifts and travel between Williams locations with occasional overnight stays\n Other Requirements:\nMust possess valid State Driver’s License and clean driving record\nDemonstrates aptitude and ability to embrace technology and applications to drive operational efficiency and streamline processes\nDemonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Application and PC skills and basic knowledge of Process Control Systems and Programmable Logic Controllers\nWe invest in our people in ways that actually show up in your day-to-day, not just on paper.
