You’ll gain valuable experience working with:\nGas turbines and high-speed reciprocating engines\n\nMedium voltage generators and power distribution systems\n\nEnvironmental controls and distributed control systems\n\nYou’ll also support construction projects, troubleshoot equipment, and analyze data to solve technical challenges-all while growing into a respected leader among your peers.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAs an experienced operations technician, your expertise will be central to the success of our facility. Your tasks will include:\nKeeping our equipment running safely and smoothly by performing a range of hands-on tasks, from reading drawings to inspecting gear and supporting pipeline operations-all while meeting technical standards and regulations\n\nCollaborating with your teammates to analyze data and find solutions to technical or operational challenges, making a real impact every day\n\nFollowing our company policies and using the right procedures to ensure efficient and safe operations\n\nLearning and applying the requirements for safe, effective facility operations, while protecting our team, community, environment, and assets\n\nStaying familiar with your site, equipment, and permits to help maintain compliance and support smooth operations\n\nMaintaining accurate records of process operations, completing reports and logs, and assisting with preventive maintenance to ensure top equipment performance\n\nHelping with other projects and responsibilities as needed\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\nRequired for All Levels:\nHigh School Diploma or GED\n\nValid State Driver’s License and clean driving record\n\nWillingness to work shifts, overtime, and travel between locations\n\nAbility to work in extreme conditions and elevated areas with PPE\n\nStrong organizational and interpersonal skills\n\nCommitment to safety and operational excellence\n\nPreferred Qualifications by Level:\nTechnician I: 6+ months of operations experience, or internship with Associate degree\n\nTechnician II: 2+ years of operations experience, preferably in oil & gas\n\nTechnician III: 3+ years of operations experience, preferably in oil & gas\n\nTechnician Sr: 6+ years of operations experience with similar equipment or facilities; Associate degree preferred\n\nTech Skills That Set You Apart\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and PC applications\n\nAbility to embrace new technologies and drive operational efficiency\n\nWork Environment & Schedule\nWork in a variety of conditions, including extreme temperatures, loud areas, and confined spaces\n\nLift up to 50 lbs (team lift for heavier loads)\n\nPerform physical tasks like standing, walking, climbing, bending, and squatting for extended periods\n\nWork at heights using ladders, scaffolding, or lifts, with proper PPE\n\nUse hand tools regularly\n\nBe available for rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call duty\n\nExpect 10-12 hour shifts with potential overtime\n\nTravel between locations with occasional overnight stays\n\n#LI-RS1We invest in our people in ways that actually show up in your day-to-day, not just on paper.
