You will deliver regular reporting, analysis, and insights to help measure and improve marketing performance; support budget pacing, revenue/spend forecast tracking, seasonal keyword builds, campaign audits, promotion execution, testing, and daily campaign monitoring. This role reports to the Manager of SEM/PLAs.\nResponsibilities\nSupport the planning, execution, and ongoing management of campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including campaign setup, structure, budget pacing, bid/budget updates, and QA.\nSupport Shopping campaign management across Google and Bing Product Listing Ads, including product feed optimization, promotion management, local inventory ads, and product-level performance analysis\nMonitor daily campaign performance with attention to ROI/ROAS, budget pacing, campaign health, and optimization opportunities across Paid Search and PLAs.\nDeliver weekly and ad hoc search performance reports to Marketing team and Brand partners.\nParticipate in weekly meetings with Marketing partners to review SEM performance, and priorities.\nSupport WSI’s digital testing plan, including ideation, setup, reporting, and interpretation of text and PLA tests.\nCriteria\nYou have a BS/BA or equivalent work experience\n1-2+ years experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid search and Shopping/ PLA campaign management, or equivalent experience\nConfidence with analyzing large data sets and making recommendations/developing and executing strategies from analysis and test results\nHigh attention to detail, deadline-oriented, and strong organizational skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to synthesize technical detail and communicate across the organization\nEntrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and ability to work well with a team\nStrong MS Excel skills.\nGoogle Ads certifications and other SEM platforms certified a plus\nPLA and SEM bid management platform experience a plus\nETL platform familiarity a plus (Snowflake, Domo, etc.)\nThis role requires being onsite in the San Francisco, CA office Monday through Thursday\nOur Culture & Values\nWe believe that taking care of our people is vital to our success and we strive to offer equitable and transparent practices for all.
