The Analyst will partner with Program Managers, brand teams, subject matter experts, Technology, and Business Intelligence to help users adopt tools, follow best practices, and make effective data-driven decisions.\nPrimary Functions:\nDevelop and maintain standard operating procedures, process maps, job aids, training decks, FAQs, onboarding guides, templates, and other user resources.\n\nTranslate process designs, requirements, system changes, and implementation guidance into clear, practical materials for brand users.\n\nSupport rollouts by coordinating timelines, meetings, agendas, action logs, stakeholder communications, training logistics, feedback collection, and follow-up.\n\nPrepare presentations, project updates, status reports, and leadership materials summarizing progress, decisions, risks, adoption, and next steps.\n\nMaintain organized repositories of current standards, documentation, training resources, templates, decisions, and project artifacts with appropriate version control.\n\nAssist with workshops, training, user acceptance testing, and post-launch support by preparing materials, documenting outcomes, tracking issues, and coordinating resolution.\n\nCollect and synthesize user feedback, adoption information, recurring questions, and process issues to identify documentation gaps, training needs, and improvement opportunities.\n\nBuild effective relationships across brands and functions while ensuring communications and deliverables are accurate, consistent, accessible, and timely.\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n3+ years of experience in retail inventory planning, merchandising, business operations, project coordination, process improvement, or a related role.\n\nWorking knowledge of retail inventory planning processes, tools, and reporting.\n\nAbility to create clear process documentation, presentations, training materials, and written communications.\n\nStrong organizational and project-coordination skills, with the ability to manage deadlines, action items, and multiple priorities.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint or comparable tools.\n\nStrong communication, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work effectively with technical and nontechnical partners.\n\nOur Culture & Values\nWe believe that taking care of our people is vital to our success, and we strive to offer equitable and transparent practices for all.
