equivalent tools\nMabl, Selenium, and Playwright\nWeb, API, and Microservices testing\nCI/CD platforms including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms\nAI-powered testing solutions, AI-assisted test generation, self-healing automation, and intelligent test selection\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn end-to-end QA release sign-off for mobile applications across iOS and Android.\nLead release regression testing and ensure production readiness across multiple engineering teams.\nPartner with Engineering, Product, DevOps, Release Management, and Vendor QA teams to plan, coordinate, and execute successful releases.\nDefine and standardize QA release processes, quality gates, and release sign-off criteria.\nDrive mobile automation strategy across iOS and Android to maximize automation coverage and reduce manual regression effort.\nEnsure automation suites are stable, maintain high pipeline pass rates, minimize flaky tests, and support reliable CI/CD execution.\nContinuously optimize QA validation and regression processes to reduce release timelines and improve deployment frequency.\nChampion AI-powered testing solutions, AI-assisted test generation, self-healing automation, and intelligent test selection.\nMonitor QA metrics such as automation coverage, execution success rate, pipeline health, defect leakage, and release readiness, driving continuous improvements.\nCoordinate with multiple engineering teams to streamline testing activities and remove bottlenecks in the release process.\nMentor QA engineers and promote best practices in automation, quality engineering, and release management.\nQualifications\n10-12+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, QA Automation, or Release QA for enterprise applications, including 4+ years of hands-on mobile testing and automation experience.\n4+ years of experience leading QA release management or centralized regression testing teams.\nMust have strong experience in Mobile QA across iOS and Android, including functional, regression, release, and automation testing.\nMust have hands-on experience with mobile automation frameworks such as Appium or equivalent mobile automation tools.\nExposure to Mabl, Selenium, Playwright, Web testing, and API testing is good to have.\nExperience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.\nExperience working in Agile environments with multiple teams contributing to shared releases.\nMust have a strong understanding of release management, quality governance, and regression optimization.\nExcellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in large-scale retail/eCommerce
