with your Scrum team to improve the quality of features delivered through robust automated testing\n\nDesign, code, and maintain effective automated test suites aligned with feature development\n\nCollaborate with engineers to ensure features are designed to support testability\n\nAnalyze functional and technical designs to create test cases that reveal code deficiencies\n\nReview peer engineering work to ensure high quality, consistency, and adherence to standards\n\nProvide leadership within the Quality Engineering Guild by sharing knowledge and best practices\n\nSupport test data management and test automation initiatives\n\nEvaluate, prototype, and help select testing tools, frameworks, and processes\n\nImplement approaches to significantly reduce regression cycle times\n\nActively participate in Scrum ceremonies including planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives\n\nChampion functional test automation and drive adoption of cutting-edge practices\n\nServe as technical owner of WSI’s test automation framework\n\nIdentify opportunities to execute test automation closer to feature development\n\nImprove automation suite effectiveness and execution performance\n\nQualifications\nDemonstrated programming and automation engineering capability\n\n10+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or Quality Analysis roles\n\nStrong understanding of software development best practices\n\nExpertise in quality engineering methodologies, tools, and standards\n\nDeep knowledge of test automation design patterns such as Page Object Model\n\nAbility to review, understand, and contribute to technical designs\n\nStrong written and verbal communication of testing strategies\n\nProven passion for continuous improvement and engineering excellence\n\nAdvanced experience with Selenium + Java, WebDriver, Playwright + JavaScript, JUnit, or TestNG\n\nExperience testing large, heterogeneous systems end-to-end\n\nKnowledge of test reporting and management tools such as Allure and TestRail\n\nExperience building and maintaining UI, API, and end-to-end automation frameworks\n\nUnderstanding of relational and NoSQL
