You will provide leadership through architecture guidance, mentorship, and hands-on engineering while driving the evolution of the security technology stack.\nResponsibilities\nLead the design and deployment of enterprise security solutions across Google SecOps, Tanium, CrowdStrike, Ping Identity, and Delinea \nAct as a technical authority and escalation point for complex engineering challenges \nDefine and implement scalable, secure architectures and integration patterns \nDrive tool selection, implementation strategy, and platform evolution \nProvide mentorship and technical guidance to L2 and L3 engineers \nLead cross-functional initiatives with DevOps, IT, and business teams to improve security posture \nEstablish engineering standards, best practices, and design patterns \nOversee complex deployments, upgrades, and platform transformations \nIdentify and implement advanced automation and optimization opportunities \nInfluence long-term security strategy through hands-on technical leadership \nBasic Qualifications\n5+ years of experience in information security engineering or related field \nDeep expertise in enterprise security architecture and engineering \nStrong hands-on experience with platforms such as Google SecOps, CrowdStrike, Tanium, Ping, and Delinea \nAdvanced proficiency in scripting, automation, and system integration \nStrong understanding of networking, identity, endpoint security, and detection technologies \nProven ability to lead complex technical initiatives and deliver solutions at scale \nExperience leading large-scale security tool deployments or transformations preferred\nStrong background in cloud security and modern infrastructure preferred\nAbility to mentor engineers and elevate team technical capabilities preferre\nExperience working in highly collaborative, cross-functional environments preferred\nThis role requires being onsite in the Rocklin, CA office Monday through Thursday\nOur Culture & Values\nWe believe that taking care of our people is vital to our success and we strive to offer equitable and transparent practices for all.
