Agents\nKey Responsibilities\nEngineer high-scale solutions using Java 17+, Spring Boot, WebFlux, Microservices, Kafka, and NoSQL technologies.\nDesign and implement AI Agents to automate repetitive development tasks, including auto-generating boilerplate code, mapping complex DTOs, and managing script maintenance for evolving APIs.\nEnsure 100% unit testing coverage using JUnit and Mockito by leveraging LLMs to generate edge-case test scenarios and test data for complex supply chain workflows.\nPropose multiple technical solutions and evaluate how Agentic AI workflows can improve long-term system maintainability compared to traditional hard-coded approaches.\nLead research initiatives and proof of concepts involving LangChain or Semantic Kernel to enable natural language querying of inventory and order data.\nActively participate in Scrum ceremonies and collaborate closely with Pune and global onsite teams.\nSolve technical problems using cutting-edge technologies and industry best practices.\nEnsure code meets required development standards and is optimized for performance.\nParticipate in peer code reviews using Git pull requests.\nEnsure all aspects of technical design are correctly incorporated.\nQualifications\n6+ years of experience in Java/J2EE design and development with a strong focus on Spring Cloud and Microservices.\nPractical experience using AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar tools.\nUnderstanding of building autonomous agents to handle routine coding and development tasks.\nProficiency in React development.\nStrong SQL experience using Oracle and PostgreSQL.\nExperience with NoSQL databases including Cassandra.\nStrong understanding of design patterns and software engineering best practices.\nExperience with code quality and static analysis tools such as SonarQube and Checkstyle.\nExperience driving automation initiatives to reduce scripting and maintenance effort.\nGood communication skills.\nWhy Join
