organization responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and operational excellence of Williams-Sonoma's global supply chain technology ecosystem.\n\nYou will partner with Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, DevOps, and Business teams to drive production stability, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction while championing Site Reliability Engineering best practices.\n\nImpact of the Role :\n\n- Lead enterprise-wide reliability initiatives across global Supply Chain technology platforms.\n\n- Drive operational excellence, production stability, and service reliability.\n\n- Build high-performing SRE and Database Engineering teams.\n\n- Improve customer experience by minimizing service disruptions.\n\n- Drive automation, observability, disaster recovery, and operational maturity.\n\nTechnology Platforms You Will Work On :\n\n- IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS).\n\n- Enterprise eCommerce platforms.\n\n- Supply Chain and Logistics systems.\n\n- Inventory Promising and Inventory Sourcing.\n\n- Payment Processing, Returns, MDM.\n\n- Microservices architecture.\n\n- Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, Datadog, New Relic.\n\n- PagerDuty, Opsgenie.\n\n- Enterprise Database platforms and database monitoring tools.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Lead Site Reliability Engineering teams supporting enterprise eCommerce and IBM Sterling OMS.\n\n- Lead Database Engineering and Database Administration (DBA) teams, ensuring availability, performance, scalability, security, backup and recovery, and operational excellence using enterprise database monitoring and performance management tools.\n\n- Provide technical leadership across Supply Chain platforms.\n\n- Drive automation, observability, disaster recovery, and operational excellence.\n\n- Partner with Engineering, DevOps, Product, Infrastructure, and Business teams.\n\n- Build, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering leaders.\n\n- Drive production readiness, incident management, and continuous improvement.\n\nQualifications :\n\n- 15+ years of technology experience and 5+ years leading SRE/Operations teams.\n\n- Strong expertise in IBM Sterling OMS, Supply Chain systems, and eCommerce platforms.\n\n- Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, Datadog, New Relic, PagerDuty, and Opsgenie.\n\n- Strong knowledge of distributed systems, incident management, disaster recovery, and operational governance.\n\n- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.\n\nScope & Learnings :\n\n-
