Project planning and the ability to collaborate are keys to success in this role and safety is of utmost importance!\nResponsibilities/Expectations:\nPerforms moderately difficult assignments to ensure system integrity, support pipeline operations, maintain compliance and maintain facility equipment\nTroubleshoots/resolves sophisticated problems using technical evaluation, innovation and judgment\nDevelops, presents and trains internal and external partners; may mentor others\nParticipates in project planning and works closely with company partners\nLeads development and tasks associated with operations, equipment maintenance, technical standards and/or governmental requirements\nReads, understands and evaluates engineering design documents, contracts and agreements\nOther duties as assigned\nEducation/Years of Experience:\nRequired: Associates degree or equivalent experience and minimum of six (6) years' experience in oil & gas industry\nPreferred: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical field and minimum ten (10) years of progressive experience in field operations/construction or other technical specialty field\nPhysical and Environment Work Requirements:\nMust be willing to:\nWork in extreme temperatures, with loud noises and in enclosed spaces\nCarry or lift items up to 50 lbs and team lift loads of more than 50 lbs as needed\nStand, walk, climb, bend, stoop, and squat, often for long periods of time\nWork at elevated levels, potentially from man lifts, ladders, scaffolding, and/or small towers, with appropriate PPE (Personal Protection Equipment)\nUse hand tools\nShift/Work Hours/Travel Requirements:\nAvailable to work after hours, on-call rotations, nights, weekend shifts and holidays as needed\nMay be required to work overtime, 10-12 hour shifts and travel between Williams locations with occasional overnight stays\nOther Requirements:\nMust possess valid State Driver’s License and clean driving record\nDemonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as a main priority\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Application and PC skills\nCandidates should possess current API 510 and API 570 certifications, along with demonstrated experience in Mechanical Integrity, inspection planning, risk-based decision making, and asset integrity management.\nWe invest in our people in ways that actually show up in your day-to-day, not just on paper.
