You’ll provide expert operational support to the wider Reward and People & Culture function while contributing to a data-driven, insight-led reward strategy.\nKey Responsibilities\nReward Operations\nLead the operational delivery of all reward processes, including annual pay review, bonus cycles, and benefit renewal windows.\n\nMaintain accurate reward data within People systems, ensuring compliance, governance, and data integrity.\n\nProduce high-quality analytics, dashboards, and regular reports to support decision-making.\n\nAct as operational owner for Workday Advanced Compensation, partnering with People Systems on enhancements and issue resolution.\n\nSupport the Head of Reward with modelling scenarios, costing proposals, and evaluating reward outcomes.\n\nBenefits Management\nManage the full suite of employee benefits, including health, wellbeing, insurance, pensions, and lifestyle benefits.\n\nLead relationships with benefit providers and brokers, ensuring excellent service and value for money.\n\nSupport the development of flexible benefit options tailored to diverse employee demographics.\n\nOversee renewals, remarketing cycles, scheme design changes, and escalated queries.\n\nEnsure benefits are clearly and effectively communicated to employees.\n\nMonitor benefit uptake and effectiveness, producing insights to enhance the overall offering.\n\nPeople Experience & Governance\nProvide expert guidance to People & Culture and line managers on reward and benefit policies.\n\nMaintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements (e.g., NMW, salary sacrifice, pension regulations).\n\nSupport Cost Cap optimisation initiatives with accurate reporting and data provision.\n\nResolve complex reward and benefits queries, delivering exceptional service.\n\nProjects & Continuous Improvement\nLead or support reward-related projects such as system upgrades, benefit launches, policy reviews, and process optimisation.\n\nIdentify opportunities to streamline operations, reduce manual work, and enhance employee experience, including leveraging AI in partnership with the People Systems team.\n\nContribute to building a data-driven, insight-led reward function.\n\nCompany Description\nFor almost 50 years, Williams F1 Team has been at the forefront of one of the fastest sports on the planet, being one of the top three most successful teams in history competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship.
