This role owns the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of Intune MDM/MAM, Exchange Online, Entra ID Conditional Access, and mobile security controls. Willkie is an elite international law firm of approximately 1,300 lawyers located in 16 offices in six countries.\nResponsibilities\nLead the design and implementation of Intune policies tied to MAM and MDM for BYOD and Corporate Devices\nDesign, implement, and manage Microsoft Intune for iOS/iPadOS and Android Enterprise\nDefine and enforce mobile data protection controls through Intune App Protection Policies and Devices Restrictions\nManage data sharing access between managed apps\nImplement and maintain device configuration profiles, compliance policies, and security baselines aligned to the firm’s security and regulatory requirements.\nAct as the escalation point for Mobile Intune Applications, MAM, and Conditional Access issues, Exchange Online\nMust be comfortable with other Azure services that directly affect Mobile devices Authentication, Authorization, Application Deployment and Exchange Online Connectivity\nConditional Access Policies\nAzure App Proxy\nAzure VPN for iOS and Android\nEntra Sign-in Logs\nDefine and troubleshoot Entra Conditional Access Policies\nMultifactor Authentication and Certificate Base Authentication\nEntra application registrations\nHave a solid understanding of Exchange Online, including mail flow, security, and coexistence with any on-premises or legacy systems\nOn-premises to Exchange Online Migration\nHigh level of comfort with Entra ID (Azure AD) identity services, including MFA, SSO, application registrations, access governance, and privileged identity management.\nWork closely with Information Security, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure Microsoft 365 and Azure services support client obligations, including confidentiality and data residency.\nComfortable with Microsoft Defender solutions (Endpoint, Office 365) as part of the firm’s security posture.\nLead or act as senior engineer on global projects involving Microsoft 365, Intune, and related infrastructure.\nDevelop and maintain technical standards, documentation, diagrams, and runbooks for operational teams.\nProvide escalation support for complex incidents and problems related to Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure services.\nMentor junior engineers and service desk analysts, sharing knowledge and best practices.\nMonitor platform health, performance, and capacity; recommend and implement improvements for availability, resilience, and cost optimization.\nStay current with the Microsoft roadmap; assess new features and changes and lead their adoption within the firm where appropriate.\nPerform additional tasks as needed. \nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent field required. \n5 - 7 years of experience required.\nMicrosoft certifications are highly desirable.\nExtensive hands-on experience administering large enterprise Microsoft 365 tenants, including Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint/OneDrive, and Entra ID (Azure AD).\nProven experience building and managing Intune-based endpoint management at scale, including Autopilot, app deployment, and cross-platform device management.\nStrong expertise in Conditional Access, App Protection Policies, and compliance policies for secure hybrid/BYOD access.\nSolid understanding of security and compliance features in Microsoft Defender solutions.\nProficient in PowerShell scripting and automation for Microsoft 365 and Azure.\nExperience working in a law firm or similarly regulated environment strongly preferred.\nDemonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects, manage stakeholders, and drive outcomes in a global organization.\nADA Requirements\nAbility to sit at a desk most of the working day and walk short distances.\nNeeds manual dexterity, speed and accuracy in handling office equipment.\nAbility to work efficiently and accurately in an atmosphere of frequent interruption.\nAbility to work in close proximity to other individuals.\nAbility to carry light objects, e.g., files, small objects and supplies a short distance.\nMust be able to lift, carry and move objects up to 25 lbs.\nEmployment Status\nFull-Time\nHybrid\nPay Range\nUSD $150,000.00 - USD $180,000.00 /Yr.Pay Range Statement\nThe salary range for this role represents the Firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
