Responsibilities may include oversight of dining room, dish room, and kitchen operations.\nKey responsibilities include:\nProviding supervision and leadership support across Culinary Services operations\nEnsuring prompt, courteous service for Residents and Guests in accordance with Willow Valley standards\nCoordinating team member activities and work assignments, while maintaining the ability to step into operational roles as needed\nAddressing resident concerns and resolving service-related issues\nAssisting with the coordination and planning of special functions and events, in addition to daily operations\nOverseeing compliance with Culinary Services policies and procedures and recommending improvements when appropriate\nMaintaining records including meal counts, charges, daily activity reports, and food safety documentation\nScheduling team members to align with operational needs and budget requirements while maintaining timekeeping records\nInspecting dining rooms and service stations to ensure cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards are met\nManaging requisitions for table linens and dining room supplies\nConducting team meetings and communicating important operational information\nTraining team members to ensure Willow Valley service and quality standards are consistently achieved\nFollowing Willow Valley's HACCP plan and Food Safety policies and procedures\nUsing computer programs to complete reports and communications\nSupporting purchasing activities, including ordering food and supplies, inventory oversight, data entry, receiving, and storage procedures when assigned\nWhat We're Looking For\nAssociate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; \nSix months to one year of related experience and/or training\nSchedule & Hours\nFull-Time | 40 Hours per Week\nShift Time - could vary based on business needs and include some weekends and holidays\nWork Location\nThe Marlin and Doris Thomas Memory Center 961 Willow Valley Lakes DriveWillow Street, PA 17584\nIf you're ready to lead a dedicated team, deliver exceptional dining experiences, and make a meaningful impact on the lives of Residents every day, we'd love to hear from you!\nWillow Valley Communities is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
