Each trip is an opportunity to provide comfort, support, and peace of mind.\nResponsibilities Include:\nDrive a van to transport Residents to scheduled destinations, including hospitals and doctors' offices.\nAssist Residents safely entering and exiting the vehicle.\nEscort Residents into appointments, ensure they are properly signed in, and provide medical office staff with your cell phone number for pick-up coordination.\nUse a hands-free cell phone to communicate with the Transportation Supervisor and medical offices.\nFuel, clean, wash, and vacuum vehicles to maintain a safe, comfortable, and pleasant ride experience.\nReport vehicle concerns or maintenance needs to the Transportation Supervisor.\nRecord vehicle mileage daily.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nWhat You'll Bring\nWe're seeking individuals who combine safe driving skills with a genuine passion for helping others and delivering exceptional service.\nQualifications:\nValid Pennsylvania Driver's License\nPrevious bus or passenger driving experience preferred\nLess than high school education, or up to 3-6 months of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience\nStrong commitment to safety, reliability, and customer service\nAbility to remain calm, attentive, and professional in all situations\nGenuine desire to provide exceptional service and support to others\nSchedule\nPart-Time\nSchedule varies based on business needs, with most hours available on weekends and evenings.\nLocation\nLakes- 300 Willow Valley Lakes Drive, Willow Street, PA 17584\nManor Campus - 211 Willow Valley Square, Lancaster, PA 17602\nMore Than a Driving Job\nAt Willow Valley Communities, you're not simply transporting Residents from one destination to another.
