The ideal candidate should have personally owned and executed at least 2 - 3 S/4HANA conversion cutovers, preferably involving SUM with DMO.\n\nThe role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing end-to-end cutover activities, including technical downtime, data migration, post-conversion functional activities, reconciliations, and go-live readiness.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Own and manage end-to-end SAP S/4HANA conversion cutover activities from planning through go-live and stabilization.\n\n- Develop and maintain a detailed minute-by-minute cutover runbook covering all technical and functional activities.\n\n- Define activities, timings, dependencies, named owners, checkpoints, and escalation paths within the cutover plan.\n\n- Plan and coordinate the complete downtime window, including business freeze and technical conversion activities.\n\n- Coordinate data migration, technical downtime, post-conversion functional activities, and reconciliation activities.\n\n- Manage pre- and post-conversion reconciliation of balances, open items, and critical business data.\n\n- Establish and manage go/no-go checkpoints and ensure all readiness criteria are met before proceeding.\n\n- Develop and maintain a tested rollback/backout plan to mitigate risks during conversion.\n\n- Lead the cutover command centre during critical conversion and go-live activities.\n\n- Manage a 24x7 command centre, including shift handovers, status reporting, issue tracking, and escalation management.\n\n- Coordinate across SAP technical, functional, infrastructure, data migration, business, and other stakeholder teams.\n\n- Track cutover progress in real time and proactively identify and resolve risks, dependencies, and blockers.\n\n- Provide regular cutover status updates to project leadership and stakeholders.\n\n- Utilize tools such as SAP Cloud ALM for cutover planning, tracking, monitoring, and reporting.\n\nRequired Skills & Expertise : \n\n- 8 -
