The role involves developing Power BI dashboards, SQL-based analysis, data models, KPI reporting, and analytics solutions while working closely with business, IT, and data engineering teams.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports for manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, sales, finance, and executive KPIs.\n\n- Build data models, DAX measures, Power Query transformations, and reusable BI components.\n\n- Analyse data from SAP/S4HANA, Salesforce, MES, AWS/Redshift, Excel, and other enterprise sources.\n\n- Translate business requirements into KPI definitions, reporting logic, datasets, and dashboards.\n\n- Perform data validation, reconciliation, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for data-quality issues.\n\n- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT, data engineering teams, and implementation partners.\n\n- Support predictive analytics and AI use cases such as demand forecasting, production, procurement, sales, and inventory analytics.\n\n- Maintain documentation for data sources, KPI definitions, data models, and dashboard logic.\n\nRequired Skills:\n\n- 5 - 7 years of experience in BI / Data Analytics / BI Development.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and data modelling.\n\n- Strong SQL skills with enterprise/relational databases.\n\n- Experience with star schemas, semantic models, KPI logic, and report performance optimization.\n\n- Experience with AWS / Amazon Redshift; AWS S3/Glue exposure is an advantage.\n\n- Experience working with SAP/S4HANA, Salesforce, MES, or other enterprise data sources.\n\n- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.\n\nPreferred Skills:\n\n- Manufacturing / Industrial Analytics experience.\n\n- Knowledge of KPIs such as OEE, yield, downtime, production output, inventory, procurement, sales, and finance.\n\n- Python or PySpark for analytics/automation.\n\n- Exposure to predictive analytics / AI use cases.\n\n- Power BI PL-300 or relevant AWS certification is a plus.\n\nSkills\nBusiness Intelligence, Data Analytics, SQL, Data Modeling, Power Query M, PySpark, AWS, DAX Power BI","description_format":"text","description_chars":2316,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":5,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Custom Software Development","IT Staffing & Staff Augmentation"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-25T13:06:44Z"}],"liveness":{"score":90,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.903,"p_room":1,"age_days":3,"expected_fill_days":23,"reasons":["seen:3","velocity","win:early"],"computed_at":"2026-09-28T05:45:00Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/willware-technologies-data-analytics-specialist","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/willware-technologies-data-analytics-specialist.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-09-28T23:20:09Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":930,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":4070,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-09-29T00:00:00Z"}}}
