high-performance backend services and real-time data processing solutions while following modern software engineering, DevOps and Agile practices.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop and maintain high-performance backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.\nDevelop scalable and resilient RESTful APIs and microservices.\nBuild and maintain real-time, low-latency data processing solutions using Apache Kafka.\nDesign and implement event-driven architectures using Kafka producers, consumers and messaging patterns.\nDevelop containerized microservices using Docker.\nDeploy and manage applications using Kubernetes, Helm and Kubernetes configuration files.\nWork with API Gateway technologies for API routing, security, authentication and traffic management.\nDevelop cloud-native applications and services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).\nImplement unit and integration testing using JUnit and follow TDD/BDD practices.\nParticipate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and production support.\nImplement CI/CD pipelines and follow DevOps best practices.\nWork with tools such as Jenkins, Git, SonarQube, Docker and Kubernetes.\nPerform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.\nTroubleshoot application, performance and production issues.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, QA and DevOps engineers.\nParticipate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives and reviews.\nTrack development activities and defects using tools such as Jira and Confluence.\nMandatory Skills:\nStrong hands-on experience in Java 8+\nSpring / Spring Boot\nRESTful Web Services / REST APIs\nApache
