The candidate should have strong expertise in OpenText/Micro Focus LoadRunner and be capable of designing, scripting, executing, and analyzing performance tests for enterprise PLM applications.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Design and execute performance and load testing for Siemens Teamcenter PLM and Active Workspace (AWC).\n\n- Develop and maintain performance test scripts using OpenText/Micro Focus LoadRunner.\n\n- Create scripts for complex, multi-step AWC user workflows to simulate real-world business transactions.\n\n- Design and execute load, stress, endurance, volume, and scalability testing.\n\n- Model high-concurrency scenarios involving multiple users, peak traffic, and heavy data volumes.\n\n- Establish performance benchmarks and define performance metrics for Teamcenter applications.\n\n- Monitor application response time, throughput, resource utilization, and system stability.\n\n- Analyze performance test results and identify application, database, server, network, and integration bottlenecks.\n\n- Perform correlation, parameterization, rendezvous, pacing, and workload configuration in LoadRunner.\n\n- Work with development, PLM, infrastructure, and database teams to troubleshoot performance issues.\n\n- Prepare performance test plans, workload models, test scenarios, execution reports, and bottleneck analysis.\n\n- Validate application performance against defined SLAs and business requirements.\n\n- Support performance optimization and tuning activities before production deployment.\n\n- Provide recommendations to improve application scalability, stability, and response time.\n\nMandatory Skills : \n\n- 6+ years of Performance Testing experience.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with LoadRunner / OpenText LoadRunner / Micro Focus LoadRunner.\n\n- Strong experience in Teamcenter PLM.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Active Workspace (AWC).\n\n- Experience scripting complex Teamcenter/AWC workflows.\n\n- Performance testing of enterprise applications.\n\n- Load, stress, volume, endurance, and scalability testing.\n\n- Performance analysis and bottleneck identification.\n\n- Workload modelling and high-concurrency
