The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, integrating, and supporting SailPoint ISC solutions for enterprise customers.\nKey Responsibilities\nImplement and configure SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions based on business and security requirements.\nConfigure and manage Identity Profiles, Sources, Accounts, Entitlements, Access Profiles, Roles, and Policies.\nDesign and implement Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes.\nConfigure provisioning and de-provisioning workflows.\nPerform application onboarding and integrate enterprise applications with SailPoint ISC.\nConfigure and troubleshoot connectors such as Active Directory, Entra ID, JDBC, REST/Web Services, SCIM, and other application integrations.\nConfigure Identity Correlation, Aggregation, Provisioning, and Account Lifecycle Management.\nImplement Access Requests, Approval Workflows, Access Certifications, and Access Reviews.\nDevelop and configure Transforms, Workflows, Rules, and APIs as required.\nIntegrate ISC with HR systems such as Workday and other enterprise applications.\nTroubleshoot aggregation, provisioning, synchronization, and connector-related issues.\nParticipate in requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.\nPrepare technical documentation and implementation/configuration documents.\nWork closely with customers, application owners, security teams, and other technical stakeholders.\nMandatory Skills\n5–8 years of experience in SailPoint / IAM / IGA.\nStrong hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) / IdentityNow.\nExperience in SailPoint ISC implementation and application onboarding.\nStrong understanding of:\nIdentity Profiles\nSources\nAccounts & Entitlements\nAccess Profiles\nRoles\nProvisioning & De-provisioning\nIdentity Correlation\nAggregation\nJML Lifecycle Management\nAccess Requests\nAccess Certifications\nHands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, SCIM, JDBC or Web Services.\nExperience integrating applications such as Active Directory, Entra ID, Workday, ServiceNow, databases, and SaaS applications.\nStrong troubleshooting and debugging skills.\nGood understanding of IGA and IAM
