The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience implementing, customizing, and integrating KIBO Commerce and Order Management solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Design, develop, configure, and maintain solutions using KIBO Order Management System.\n\n- Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle, including order capture, validation, fulfillment, shipment, cancellation, returns, and refunds.\n\n- Develop and maintain integrations between KIBO OMS and e-commerce platforms, ERP systems, payment gateways, warehouse management systems, and shipping providers.\n\n- Work with REST APIs, webhooks, and integration services to enable seamless data exchange.\n\n- Troubleshoot order processing issues and optimize OMS workflows.\n\n- Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, QA teams, and other developers to deliver OMS solutions.\n\n- Participate in requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.\n\n- Ensure system performance, scalability, and data consistency across integrated applications.\n\nRequired Skills :\n\n- 8+ years of experience in software development, e-commerce, order management, or related technologies.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with KIBO OMS implementation, customization, or support.\n\n- Knowledge of order lifecycle management, distributed order management (DOM), and fulfillment processes.\n\n- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and system integrations.\n\n- Proficiency in at least one relevant programming language, such as Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript, depending on the KIBO implementation.\n\n- Experience integrating OMS with ERP, e-commerce, inventory, warehouse, and shipping systems.\n\n- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.\n\nPreferred Skills :\n\n- Experience with KIBO Commerce and other e-commerce platforms.\n\n- Knowledge of microservices, cloud-based platforms, and event-driven integrations.\n\n- Experience
