The candidate should have the ability to work as a Solution Architect and lead technical delivery across ServiceNow projects.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions across application domains such as IRM/GRC, ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, ITAM, SecOps, etc.\n\n- Lead technical design and development activities throughout the complete SDLC.\n\n- Develop scalable, reusable, and high-quality solutions following software engineering best practices.\n\n- Work extensively with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Form Designer, Flow Designer, and other ServiceNow platform capabilities.\n\n- Design and develop custom applications and scoped applications on the ServiceNow platform.\n\n- Extend the ServiceNow data model/schema based on business requirements.\n\n- Develop solutions using UI Builder, Workspaces, Now Experience Framework, and custom components.\n\n- Work with Now Components and develop/customize components for ServiceNow Workspaces.\n\n- Develop custom pages and workspace experiences using UI Builder.\n\n- Hands-on experience with React.js and Now Experience Component Framework (NECF).\n\n- Implement and troubleshoot MID Server and third-party integrations.\n\n- Develop and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, Scripted REST APIs, Import Set APIs, AJAX, SSO/SAML, etc.\n\n- Provide technical architecture and solution recommendations, including pros, cons, risks, and alternatives.\n\n- Collaborate with Product Managers, stakeholders, and other technical teams to deliver solutions.\n\n- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, troubleshooting, and performance improvements.\n\n- Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements to ServiceNow solutions and implementation methodologies.\n\nMandatory Skills : \n\n- 6+ years of overall software development experience.\n\n- 6+ years of strong ServiceNow development and implementation experience.\n\n- Experience with at least 2 ServiceNow product suites, such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, ITAM, SPM, SecOps, or GRC/IRM.\n\n- Strong knowledge of Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Flow Designer, and Form Designer.\n\n- Strong experience in UI Builder, Workspaces, Now Experience Framework, and custom components.\n\n- Hands-on experience with React.js / NECF.\n\n- Strong
